Oven Roasted Edamame

Edamame (shelled soybeans) are a great nutrient-dense snack for anytime of the day. We serve these nice and hot as an appetizer, but they are great cold in salads or just on the fly!

Servings: 4
Time: 20 minutes


  • 1 10oz bag frozen edamame, shelled
  • ¼ tsp black sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp toasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 dash ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 5 grinds black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and toss thoroughly.
  3. Roast on sheet tray lined with parchment for 30-45 minutes until lightly brown and parmesan is crispy.
